Donald Trump-loving Republican Senate candidate Kari Lake was lying in a past primary debate when she discussed abortion, according to a body language expert who analyzed how she conducted herself.
Kari Lake, who famously claimed she was the governor of Arizona even after losing the election to her democratic opponent, recently followed Trump’s lead when it came to his new abortion stance. But she has misled the public on that issue in the past, the expert said.
Dr. Jack Brown, who previously analyzed Donald Trump’s “neck of fear,” explained what Lake was saying with her body during the abortion question in a 2022 debate when she was still running to be the governor.

“Today Kari Lake is backpedaling regarding her public stance on abortion. But what does she really think? For that, let’s look carefully at a video from a Republican primary debate on 29 June 2022, when she was running for Arizona governor,” Brown wrote, adding that Lake “places her left hand over right upper chest as she says, ‘My personal belief is that all life matters, all life counts, and all life is precious – and I don’t believe in abortion.'”
“In this one display, Lake tells us she’s lying,” according to the analysis.
Further, according to Brown, Lake grabs the wrong side of her chest when describing how she felt in her heart.
“Everyone intuitively and *subconsciously* knows where their heart is located – no anatomy class is required,” he wrote on Thursday. “When we feel an emotion sincerely and deeply, and we gesture to our chest, we cover/touch over our heart. A feigned behavior gestures to the opposite side.”
He also looked at her finger placement when she tried to touch her heart.
“Although her fingers and the distal aspect of her thumb are touching her chest, her proximal thumb and, most notably her palm, are not making contact. Her hand is tented upward, away from her chest,” he said. “Lack of palmar contact indicates…
